  POINTS TO NOTE
1. If using Bacardi or Vodka, the average amount required per flavour is two 700ml bottles. So for a double bowl machine, you’ll need four bottles all up. This isn’t fixed however, please use whatever amount you want as personal taste is the most important consideration. Some people like it a little weaker than this; some prefer it a little stronger. There are no hard & fast rules here.

2 Please be aware that the alcohol concentration of Bacardi or Vodka is around 37 per cent, whilst that of most flavoured liqueurs such as Malibu or Midori is around 21 per cent. So consider adding extra of these liqueurs in those mixes requiring them, if you wish to maintain the same alcohol concentration as the hard liquor based drinks.

3. If using flavoured liqueurs, sometimes cheaper substitutes are available, eg melon Everglades instead of Midori, or Wipeout in place of Malibu.

4. Bear in mind most of the above flavours can also be used in mocktail form if you prefer, that is, no alcohol at all need be added. Or some people choose to have one side alcoholic and the other non-alcoholic (one side for kids, one for adults).

5. A total of 32 litres of mix are given with each double bowl machine, not including any alcohol you may choose to add. This enables about 180 cups of the 200 ml size to be made. Should you like to order a double lot of flavours, the extra cost for this is $25 per flavour.
